Advocacy
Advocacy is at the heart of the Coalition’s work. Our partners listen to families, gather stories, and bring those stories to legislators and other decision-makers. They provide public policy advocacy opportunities, legislative resources, and tools that help families raise their voices in meaningful ways.

Join us in-person for our 32nd Annual Legislative Education & Advocacy Day (LEAD)!
Wednesday, March 4th | 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM | First Baptist Church of Denver
Begin the day at the First Baptist Church of Denver with registration and breakfast, followed by an advocacy panel and interactive Q&A. You’ll then take part in advocate preparation before walking to the Colorado State Capitol to observe proceedings and meet with legislators.
Return from the Capitol for a complimentary networking lunch with fellow advocates, partners, and policymakers. The afternoon includes a landscape overview and legislative updates, followed by a facilitated panelist dialogue to reflect on the day and explore the broader impact of advocacy in Colorado.

Advocacy Training
Our coalition partners offer workshops, trainings, and presentations. Families can access trainings designed for parents, guardians, youth, and professionals, including virtual events and learning hubs.
